At yesterday’s annual stockholder meeting of Tween Brands, Inc. (NYSE:
TWB), Elizabeth M. Eveillard and Fredric M. Roberts were elected to the
Company’s Board of Directors, each to serve three-year terms.
Stockholders also re-approved the material terms of the Incentive
Compensation Performance Plan and ratified the selection of Deloitte &
Touche LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting
firm for the current fiscal year.
