Prisma Italia SRL to Represent Zilog Solutions in Greece and Prisma UK Rep Ltd to Represent Zilog Solutions in the United Kingdom and Ireland

SAN JOSE, Calif., June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zilog(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: ZILG) a trusted supplier of application specific, embedded system-on-chip (SoC) solutions for industrial and consumer markets, today announced two new European representation engagements.

Through an agreement with Prisma Italia SRL, Zilog solutions will be represented in Greece, and Prisma UK Rep Ltd will represent Zilog solutions in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The agreements cover a wide range of Zilog microcontrollers, single board computers and wireless control solutions for fast growing embedded markets, including consumer electronics, industrial control and sensing/motion detection.

Zilog already works with Prisma Italia in Italy, and the new agreement extends that relationship to Greece. Prisma Italia SRL was established in 2001 to offer design-in and technical sales services to electronic goods manufacturers by experienced and skilled sales persons.
