Sunoco Logistics Partners is engaged in the business of transporting, terminalling and storing refined products and crude oil.

This agreement, in addition to an existing agreement for Sunoco Logistics's Eastern Pipeline system, places approximately 8,000 miles of Sunoco Logistics pipelines under Energy Solutions International (ESI) leak detection licensing.

ESI has said that the implementation of the software on the Western Pipeline system has begun.
