Customer Service Companies, Inc. (NEW), the nation's leading

product support, was named Supplier of the Year by Walmart’s Financial
Services for the second year in a row, during Walmart’s annual Financial
Services Supplier Summit Meeting.
The award recognizes a Walmart
Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) supplier that exceeds expectations in
several categories, including responsiveness, growth initiatives,
exceptional customer service, parallel training, marketing and civic
initiatives, and overall commitment to excellence. NEW was
specifically recognized for its role in growing and expanding Walmart’s
Product Care Plan program with the launch of the first-to-market rapid
replacement program – a revolutionary solution that offers Walmart
customers a way to replace failed products in as little as 24 hours.
The news of the award was greeted with pride at NEW’s
headquarters and contact centers. "This is a highly coveted honor, to be
recognized two years in a row by such a valued retail partner,” said

NEW has been working with Walmart Stores, Inc., since 1991, when
it began offering service agreements to Sam’s Club members. In 2000,
this relationship was expanded to offer Product Care Plans online at www.walmart.com.
In 2005, NEW Product Care Plans were brought to Walmart stores.
To date, NEW has trained more than 12,000 Walmart associates and
held more than 800 training sessions in 2,700 stores.
NEW is the first financial services supplier to be awarded with
this recognition for two consecutive years.
