BEIJING, Jul. 1, 2009 (Xinhua News Agency) -- Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC.NYSE; 0981.HK), a leading semiconductor foundry in China, has completed its first 45nm high performance yield lot.
The company's high-speed and -performance 45nm generic process (GP) technology can be used in several fields, including system-on-chip, graphics and network processors, telecommunications and wireless consumer products.
