TORONTO, July 8 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - Adaltis Inc. (the "Company") -
Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2009-0848 dated June 30, 2009, TSX has determined
to delist the common shares (Symbol: ADS) of the Company at the close of
market on August 6, 2009 for failure to meet the continued listing
requirements of TSX. The Company's common shares will remain suspended from
trading.
