CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) today announced that the State
of Michigan has selected the Company as its real estate services
provider for leasing services, lease administration, strategic planning,
lease tracking/auditing and marketing assistance as well as acquisition
and disposition services. Under the multiple year contact CB Richard
Ellis will assist the State of Michigan with the more than 14 million
sq. ft. of real estate the State leases and owns.

CB Richard Ellis’ strong statewide and global platform was integral to
the State’s decision. According to Terri L. Fitzpatrick, Director of the
State of Michigan’s Real Estate Division, “Several well-qualified
candidates submitted bids in response to the request for proposals.
After a lengthy review, it was determined that CB Richard Ellis was
overall the most well qualified to respond to the needs of the State.”
