Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today
announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.04 per common share. The cash dividend will be payable on
Sept. 1, 2009, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on
Aug. 14, 2009.
