Communications and IT Company to Create up to 100 New Jobs in
Bellevue

Council for Seattle and King County, today announced that Atlanta-based
Cbeyond, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBEY) will be establishing its Pacific Northwest
regional office in King County. The company, which provides
communications and IT solutions to small businesses including voice,
Internet and mobile applications, expects to hire up to 100 employees
over the next six months for its new office in the Factoria neighborhood
of Bellevue.

the company evaluated locations throughout the Pacific Northwest before
ultimately focusing on the Bellevue market as the site for its regional

customized research including economic and demographic data as well as
information on regulatory climate. The organization also coordinated and
worked closely with other groups from the region including the
Governor’s office, the City of Bellevue, the Bellevue Chamber of
Commerce, the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and
Economic Development, King County, and the Workforce Development Council
for Seattle and King County to identify resources for the company.
