INX Inc. (NASDAQ:INXI
- News)
announced today that it has been recognized as an Advanced Technology
Provider of Cisco’s Unified Contact Center Enterprise solution.
As part of its solution offerings, INX announced today that it has been
recognized by Cisco Systems© as a Cisco Unified Contact Center
Enterprise Advanced Technology Provider. Cisco Unified Contact Center
Enterprise allows companies to smoothly integrate inbound and outbound
voice applications with Internet applications such as real-time chat,
web collaboration, and e-mail. This integration enables a single agent
to support multiple interactions simultaneously regardless of which
communications channel the customer has chosen. Since each interaction
is unique and may require individualized service, Cisco provides contact
center solutions to manage customer interactions based on almost any
contact attribute.
Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise is an enterprise level contact
center solution that delivers intelligent contact routing, call
treatment, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI), and
multichannel contact management over an IP infrastructure. It combines
multichannel automatic call distributor (ACD) functionality with IP
telephony in a unified solution, enabling an enterprise level company to
rapidly deploy a distributed contact center infrastructure.
Jon Groves, Vice President of Professional Services for INX said, "This
certification is complimentary with our service offering to our
enterprise clients. INX has the ability to provide a comprehensive
solution from contact centers to customized voice application
development and integration."
The Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ATP program is focused on
the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace and is an
invitation-only program.
