the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Riggs has served as a Director, and
as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, of
Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: CWEI) since 1994. Mr. Riggs is a
certified public accountant and received a B.B.A. degree in accounting from
Texas Tech University. He will chair the Company's audit committee.
