Key findings of the survey include:
-- 87 percent of game lovers report a positive mood boost from playing online games -- 59 percent play games online to help forget their worries and problems -- 44 percent play to keep their mind sharp between job hunting, working or studying -- Of those currently looking for a job, 62 percent play online games as a de-stressor when job hunting online

Of WorldWinner's online cash competitions, 16 percent of players preferred Bejeweled 2, which was the number one choice among players for stress relief, followed by Dynomite and Big Money at 14 percent each.
WorldWinner's survey around online gaming in today's economy was conducted in June 2009. More than 500 WorldWinner players responded to the online questionnaire.
