Jalbert as Vice President of North American Sales; and Ronald M. Lillie as Client Services Director for Process Implementation, Training and Transition. APCER is a global provider of comprehensive drug safety, regulatory services and risk management programs to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and consumer products companies.

Susan Jalbert comes to APCER with more than 15 years of successful experience in sales, marketing and management. Her expertise spans the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and laboratory industries. Previously Ms. Jalbert was Senior Director of North American Sales at KIKA Clinical Solutions, a leading provider of EDC solutions for clinical trials. Also previously Ms. Jalbert was Vice President of Sales at Inclinix, where she led global sales operations for the clinical trials division. Ms. Jalbert also held senior positions at Medidata Solutions, Relsys International and Domain Pharma (now Phase Forward). She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds certificates in pharmacovigilance, clinical data management and drug safety. Ms. Jalbert is a member of the organizations including the DIA, SCDM and the National Association of Female Executives.
Ron Lillie has worked with safety service and software providers for more than 15 years. His experience includes Relsys International, ArisGlobal LLC and Phase Forward Inc. where he served in a variety of consulting and product management roles supporting client safety initiatives and pharmacovigilance applications. As a product manager, Mr. Lillie contributed to the development of signal detection and risk management systems and wrote specifications for safety data reconciliation. He is a member of DIA and has served on the CDM Terminology SAIC. He has presented at the DIA on topics such as 21 CFR Part 11. Mr. Lillie is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. majoring in Human Biology and has taken classes in pursuit of a M.S. degree including biomedical engineering and statistics.
