This school shopping season Rite Aid will tempt frugal shoppers
nationwide by offering a wide selection of value-priced private brand
back-to-school products and a series of back-to-school savings programs
including more than $200 worth of school supply rebates.
To make back-to-school shopping easy, Rite Aid created a special
four-page, pull-out shopping list with valuable savings on basics
including pencils, notebooks, composition books and crayons. This
shopping list can be found in the August Single Check Rebate guide
available now in Rite Aid stores nationwide and online at riteaid.rebateplus.com.
Selected rebates also appear – along with instant deals including buy
one, get three free offers – in Rite Aid’s weekly newspaper circular.
"In times like these, we know many families are going to be watching
their monthly budgets," said Greg Axtman, Rite Aid category manager for
home, office and school supplies. "We're doing everything we can to
offer them many reasons to come check us out each and every week."
Rite Aid offers both national brands – such as Mead Five Star, Crayola,
Masterlock and Elmers – and Rite Aid private brands, including Harvard
Square glue, pencils and notebooks as well as Office Expert index cards,
calculators and tape.
Plain Value Doesn't Mean Plain Looking
Backpacks, satchels, lunch sacks and thermoses all come in a rainbow of
colors and patterns. From the two- or three-tone sport backpacks to
flashier models with swirling dots and stars, Rite Aid has a style for
every scholar. And to keep those ABCs separate from the 1-2-3s, students
can stock up on notebooks and binders in designer patterns. There are
even coupon organizers, journals and stationery for moms.
The junior scholars will have fun with Bakugan battle brawlers and
Hannah Montana accessories including eraser tips, notebooks and pen
figurines. Aspiring artists will love Crayola's new "twist" on color
including twistable colored pencils and washable markers.
For the college-bound, Rite Aid carries electronic accoutrements to make
studying – or just hanging out – portable, including optical mouse
models, flat-panel miniature speakers and electronic translators. Rite
Aid shoppers can add all the comforts to make any dorm room functional
with a laptop caddy or other office organizers. To chase away those
away-from-home blues, Rite Aid's beauty supplies make great care
packages.
