Standex International Corporation (NYSE:SXI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 0.05 cents a share, which is payable August 25, 2009 to stockholders of record August 10, 2009.
The dividend is the 180th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
