HOUSTON, July 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ION Geophysical Corporation (NYSE: IO) announced today that it will release second quarter 2009 financial results on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 after the market closes. In conjunction with the release, ION has scheduled a conference call, which will be broadcast live over the Internet, for Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central).
