The Children's Place Retail Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLCE) announced the
results of its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held today.
The two proposals that stockholders voted on were approved:
1. The election of directors: Sally Frame Kasaks, Norman Matthews and
Malcolm Elvey were elected Class III directors to serve for three-year
terms expiring in 2012.
2. The ratification of the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP as the
Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal
year ending January 30, 2010.
