(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ADT) (FRANKFURT:A7V) (BERLIN:A7V) reports that on July 27, 2009 its lawyers received a Notice of Appeal filed on July 24, 2009 by the Provincial Government of British Columbia appealing the judgment handed down on June 24, 2009, by the Honourable Mr. Justice Cullen of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The Company intends to vigorously oppose the Provincial Government's appeal.
