CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBG) today announced that Automatic
Data Processing, Inc.(ADP), one of the world’s largest providers of
business outsourcing solutions, has selected the Company to provide
facilities management services for ADP’s 6.7 million sq. ft. portfolio.
The exclusive five year assignment will cover ADP’s more than 200
facilities across the U.S. The selection marks the first time ADP has
outsourced management of its corporate facilities.

CB Richard Ellis’ Global Corporate Services team will oversee facilities
management services including utilities, security, repair & maintenance,
facilities accounting and reporting for ADP.
