Long-Term Partnership to Streamline F&A Processes and Support United
Biscuits’ Focus on Sustainable Performance
Genpact (NYSE: G), a leader in the globalization of services and

around the world, today announced it has been awarded a five year
contract to provide multiple finance and accounting (F&A) services for
United Biscuits (UB), a leading European manufacturer and marketer of
biscuits, cakes and snacks. This new partnership will allow skilled
Genpact professionals to work alongside the UB team in a concerted
effort to boost the effectiveness of existing F&A processes thereby
freeing-up resources that can be re-focused on core aspects of the
business.

three dozen global enterprises, including a dozen well-respected brands

Genpact’s F&A experts will provide UB’s U.K. business with support in a
range of areas including accounts payable, expense claims processing,
fixed assets accounting, general accounting, procurement, accounts
receivable, supply chain accounting, commercial decision support,
financial planning & analysis and tax & treasury activities.
