Re-accreditation also awarded for Asthma and Heart Failure
Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana
Inc. (NYSE: HUM), recently received accreditation for its Disease
Management Program – Diabetes and its first re-accreditation for Disease
Management programs in Asthma and Heart Failure.
