Ranked Second as a Global Market Leader for 2009

TROY, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 08/06/09 -- The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) specialty practice of Kelly Services' Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB) has been named by HRO Today magazine in its annual RPO Bakers Dozen list. Presently in its sixth year, the Bakers Dozen list ranking has become an industry benchmark recognizing the leading players in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing business globally.

The results of the Bakers Dozen list are based upon a survey completed by 378 HR executives who are current buyers of RPO services. The RPO providers were rated on the breadth of their service, the size of the programs they manage and the quality of service provided. The survey was grouped into three lists. The Enterprise Bakers Dozen list which has been generated by HRO Today for six years lists the top providers in RPO. The magazine also ranks the top Global Providers and a new listing of the top Mid-Market and Project/On-Demand Providers.

KellyOCG's RPO practice ranked number four on the Enterprise Bakers Dozen list versus number eight in 2008. In addition, KellyOCG improved to a number two ranking on the Global Providers list for 2009 compared to a number five ranking in 2008. KellyOCG is one of only four companies recognized in each of the six years this survey has been in existence.
