Previously, American Laser Centers had been using a payroll service bureau, but HR and payroll associates realized they needed a more sophisticated HCM system to improve service to employees and help the company operate more strategically. With 210 locations in the U.S., American Laser Centers was looking for holistic HCM reporting and a central Web portal that would be easy for its employees and managers to use.
