The conference and exhibition, which will be part of a government-run information week held during the same time, has already confirmed more than 25 speakers from leading operators around the world.

Officials from SCRFT and SHEITC will speak at the TelcoTV Asia, presenting their blueprint for the development of China's multimedia and information technology industry and related policies.

The Chinese central government recently announced a new policy encouraging the joint entrance of both the broadcasting and telecommunications industries into mobile, IPTV, and other video opportunities.
