COLUMBIA, Md., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: ISYS) today announced that it has received notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market that its previously disclosed inquiry into the company and its former management has been closed. This announcement comes two weeks after Integral Systems announced that it reached a final settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), as more fully described in the Company's 2008 Form 10-K and other periodic filings.

With today's announcement, Integral Systems has effectively concluded all outstanding matters related to the SEC's investigation of the Company. Under the SEC settlement, the Company was not required to pay a monetary penalty.
