Lummus Technology, a CB&I company (NYSE: CBI), has been awarded a contract valued at approximately US$40 million by CTCI Corporation for the material supply of eight cracking heaters. The heaters, with a capacity of 720,000 metric tons per annum, are for the No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Ethylene Plant, of CPC Corporation, Taiwan, located in Lin Yuan, Taiwan, Republic of China. Lummus Technology also provided the process technology and basic engineering under a separate contract with CPC.
