Kevin Kilroy as President and Chief Executive Officer and David H. Rode as Senior Vice President of Global Markets. Both Kilroy and Rode bring significant leadership experience with companies providing enterprise software and high technology solutions serving both horizontal and vertical markets. Together, they bring 50 years of proven experience to the current I-many Leadership team.
As President, CEO and Chairman, Kilroy led Bluestone Software, Inc., (NASDAQ:BLSW) a widely recognized global leader in enterprise middleware technology through significant growth including an IPO and subsequently a successful merger with Hewlett Packard, Inc. In addition to his tenure with Bluestone, and as a thirty year veteran of the technology sector, Kilroy has held senior executive, technical management, sales and marketing roles with such companies as Hewlett Packard, Seer Technologies, Continental Telephone, Avon Cosmetics, Xerox, Samsung Information Systems and Toshiba America. Kilroy is a graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan College, where he has served on its Board of Trustees and has been the recipient of North Carolina Wesleyans Distinguished Alumni Award.
David Rode brings significant technology industry experience to I-many in a broad range of functions including field operations, sales, marketing and partner alliances. Rode's leadership experience includes companies such as Intentia Americas, a worldwide leader in ERP system integrating business application suites covering core processes including financial management, customer relationship management, manufacturing and supply chain planning and execution where he held the position of CEO Americas. Rode drove the expansion of the company's Americas business and led the integration of Intentia's field sales operations into Lawson Software (NASDAQ: LWSN) when the two companies merged in 2006. Rode also has held senior sales, marketing, field operations and management roles in technology solutions providers such as Information Builders and Lectra.
