ATLANTA, Aug. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) Chief Executive Officer Richard Anderson today issued the following statement in response to a report by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regarding preliminary findings of an investigation into a lengthy ground delay involving Continental Flight 2816 on Aug. 8, 2009.
