NYSE:

Huntsman Corp., up 24 cents at $8.59

The chemical company has offered to pay about $415 million for Tronox Inc.'s titanium dioxide and electrolytics businesses.

BJ Services Co., up 63 cents at $16.06

Baker Hughes Inc. says it will buy the oil services company in a cash-and-stock deal it hopes will drive international growth.

Walt Disney Co., down 80 cents at $26.04

Disney says it will buy comic book giant Marvel Entertainment for about $4 billion and acquire the rights to its 5,000 characters.

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc., down 23 cents at $6.79

An analyst said Wall Street is underestimating the company's shares and that its earnings in coming quarters may top expectations.

Cooper Industries Ltd., down $1.38 at $32.25

Standard & Poor's said it was replacing the electrical products and tools supplier on a key stock index after it changed its home base.

Assured Guaranty Ltd., down 20 cents at $19.90

An analyst downgraded the bond insurer's stock citing the potential risk of a ratings downgrade and recent surge in its share price.

NASDAQ:

Shaw Group Inc., down $1.54 at $29.33

An analyst downgraded the engineering and construction company and cut his earnings estimate citing reduced demand in numerous businesses.

E-Trade Financial Corp., up 12 cents at $1.76

A private equity firm said one of its affiliates has canceled plans to sell a portion of its stake in the retail brokerage firm.
