Iran Buys Oil Tankers

(Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East))trackingAccording to TBANK, Iran signed a contact with China for the purchase of 12 VLCC-type oil tankers. The deal is said to be worth several billion dollars and is the largest purchase Iran has concluded for decades. Previously, Iran had purchased South-Korean oil tankers, and this is the first Iranian-Chinese shipping transaction.
