SACRAMENTO, Calif., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Pacific Renewable Fuels (PRF), a leader in next generation fuel production technologies, has brought on two new advisory board members, John Fluke and Charles Williamson, both experienced in the transportation and energy industries.
John Fluke is chairman of Fluke Capital Management, L.P., a private investment company, and he has held that position since 1990. Mr. Fluke served as CEO of the Fluke Corporation through 1987, chairman through 1990 and as a director through July 1998 when the company was acquired by Danaher Corporation. He is a director of Tully's Coffee Corporation and serves as a director of PACCAR, a global provider of premium trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates.
Charles Williamson serves as chairman of Weyerhaeuser Company, a forest products company, and Talisman Energy, Inc., an independent upstream oil and gas company. He also serves as a director of PACCAR. He was chairman and chief executive officer of Unocal Corporation, the California-based energy company, from 2001 until Unocal merged with Chevron Corporation in August 2005. He served briefly as executive vice president of Chevron until his retirement in late 2005.
