Consorteum

CSRH) announced today that it has established a new Joint Venture
partnership with Chicago-based Trans Screen Group of Illinois. Under the
terms of the joint venture, Trans Screen will leverage Consorteum
Holdings' expertise to provide financial services solutions to a number
of new emerging global markets.

endeavors will be announced in Q4, 2009 with deployments expected to
