Teryl Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TRC)(OTCBB: TRYLF) is pleased to
announce that it has entered into a contract (the "PR Agreement") to
retain the public relations services of Maximus Strategic Consulting
Inc. ("Maximus"), the owner of PinnacleDigest.com ("Pinnacle"), an
online investor information portal with content providers from across
North America, Europe and Australia. Pinnacle advertises press
releases of public companies, custom flash advertisements and
provides marketing for public companies in its newsletter which
summarizes their development and press releases in a report format.
Maximus' place of business is 5155 Ladner Trunk Road, Suite 200A & B
Delta, B.C. V4K 1W4. This is an arm's length arrangement and Mr.
Hoddinott and Maximus will remain an independent contractor. Neither
Maximus, nor Mr. Hoddinott own any shares, direct or indirect, in the
Company.
The term of the PR Agreement is three months, renewable for an
additional three month term. The Company will pay Maximus a fee of
Cdn$25,000, to be paid in full, in advance, upon commencement of the
contract.
