COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: ISYS) announced that an order has been filed preliminarily approving voluntary dismissal of a shareholder derivative action. The lawsuit was filed on July 14, 2009 in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. The order included a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Derivative Action.

The shareholder filing the complaint had previously submitted a demand letter to the Company's board of directors on February 23, 2009. The Company anticipates final resolution of this action in a reasonable period of time.
