Sep. 22, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Limited (NYSE:FSR) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon being deemed effective by the SEC, this registration statement will replace the previous Form S-3 filed on December 24, 2008. In keeping with good corporate governance practices, Flagstone amended the amount of registered securities under the previous filing in order to maintain and maximize its financial flexibility. No offering is planned at the current time.
