The certified results show that CMD stockholders voted to re-elect four of the Company’s directors – Jon S. Castor, Robert V. Dickinson, Dr. Edward C. Ross and David Wittrock – and elect the three Dialectic Capital nominees – John Fichthorn, Kenneth Potashner and J. Michael Gullard – to the Company’s Board of Directors. The final tabulation indicates that 19,149,267 shares were voted, representing approximately 84 percent of outstanding shares.
