Crisco(R) Will Help Provide 1,000,000 Pounds of Food* To Feeding America

Now through the holidays, consumers can show their support for Feeding America by purchasing the following Crisco products with labels bearing the Feeding America logo:

    --  Pure Vegetable Oil - 16 oz, 32 oz, 48 oz bottles
-- Pure Canola Oil - 16 oz, 32 oz, 48 oz bottles
-- Pure Corn Oil - 32 oz, 48 oz bottles
-- All-Vegetable Shortening - 3 lb canister

-- Butter Flavor Shortening - 3 lb canister

"We are always looking for new ways to help people in the kitchen and encourage family mealtime and special moments together," said Maribeth Badertscher, Director, Corporate Communications, The J.M. Smucker Company. "We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Feeding America and help provide meals to families across the country."

Feeding America provides emergency food assistance to an estimated 25 million low-income people annually. Through this donation, the Crisco brand will help expand Feeding America's reach and impact to even more people and communities in need.

*Crisco is donating $112,000, the monetary equivalent of 1,000,000 pounds of food to Feeding America. The Feeding America conversion is effective until June 30, 2010.
