Idaho Power parent company, Idacorp, Inc., is advancing several
key executives in the areas of administrative services, power supply
and delivery engineering and operations.
Darrel Anderson, who currently serves as senior vice president of
Administrative Services and chief financial officer for both Idacorp
and Idaho Power, will retain his position as CFO and become
executive vice president of Administrative Services. Dan Minor,
current Idaho Power senior V.P. of Delivery, will become executive
vice president of Operations.
Anderson's new position will expand his responsibilities as a
senior executive, and continue his leadership of Finance, Risk
Management and Administrative Services. Minor's responsibilities
will expand to include the operations of Power Supply, Delivery
Engineering and Operations, and Customer Services and Regional
Operations.
Also taking on new responsibilities are Lisa Grow, current V.P.
of Delivery Engineering and Operations, and Vern Porter, current
general manager of Power Supply.
Grow will move up to senior vice president of Power Supply, and
Porter will replace Grow as V.P. of Delivery Engineering and
Operations. Both positions put an emphasis on strengthening
integration and collaboration of Idaho Power's operations, said J.
LaMont Keen, Idacorp and Idaho Power president and CEO.
"These changes focus on organizational effectiveness by creating
a unified operational approach, while building leadership for the
future of Idacorp and Idaho Power," he stated in a release.
"The organizational structure changes announced today focus on
developing an enterprise that works together, succeeds together and
stands together for the benefit of all of our stakeholders," he
added.
All positions, announced on Sept. 24, are effective Oct. 1.
