Sep. 28, 2009 (Hugin AS) --

Gouda, the Netherlands - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in
Europe) has received orders of nearly 25 million euro for 'green' and
high tech data (NASDAQ:TECD) centres for financial institutions in the Netherlands.

René van der Bruggen, CEO of Imtech: 'Green data centers are a strong
growth market for Imtech in Europe. Despite the economic crisis
financial institutions are investing more and more in the expansion
of their data capacity for financial transactions. Recently we have
completed several 'green' data centres in Germany. Because of our
knowledge and references in all the required competences, Imtech is
able to provide 'green' total technical solutions.'

Continuity and security of financial transactions
More strict requirements imposed by De Nederlandsche Bank (National
Dutch Bank) to enhance the continuity and security of financial
transactions in the Netherlands have necessitated investments to
expand capacity and improve the security in data centres of financial
institutions. Another reason why the investments are required is the
increasing intensity of digital payments. Extra capacity minimises
the risk of unexpected failures and thus makes it possible to offer
customers optimum service.

'Green' technology
Imtech is responsible for the detail engineering and implementation
of all 'green' technical solutions, including the complete power
facilities (central energy supplies, power systems, medium voltage,
switching gear and distribution equipment), the energy management
system and innovative cooling. This also includes all the integrated
electrical and mechanical solutions. Imtech will also take care of
the technical equipping of the computer rooms that house thousands of
connected and mutually integrated computer servers. The objective is
that all technical solutions are as energy-efficient and as
sustainable as possible in order to meet the European guidelines in
this field amply. These solutions result in relatively low energy
costs and extremely limited CO2 emissions.

Total safety and security solutions
Imtech will also provide the complete safety and security, among
which all the no-break power supplies. These ensure that all
processes continue uninterrupted at all times if there is an outage
of the main supply of the electricity company for any reason
whatsoever. Underground fuel storages will also be installed to which
generators will be connected capable of delivering on a stand-alone
basis the energy supply.
