Sep. 29, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Polaris Wireless, the global leader in high accuracy, software-based wireless location solutions, today announced Robert Schoenfield has joined the company as Vice President of Sales for North America.
Mr. Schoenfield has more than 20 years of experience including most recently as SVP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Aeris Communications. In addition to this role, Mr. Schoenfield led the expansion of Aeris into Latin America as President of Aeris South America. Previously, Mr. Schoenfield served as Vice President of International Development for Tetra Tech, a North American telecommunications infrastructure provider. Mr. Schoenfield led the strategic initiative of expanding Tetra Tech's business operations globally.

Active within the wireless and technology communities, Mr. Schoenfield has participated in the CTIA’s WIC Leadership Council, and as board member in the security industry’s Alarm Industry Communication Council (AICC) and the automotive industry at the Connected Vehicle Trade Association (CVTA).
