DealerTrack Schedules Release of Third Quarter 2009 Results and Conference Call

Sep. 29, 2009 (Business Wire) -- DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK) today announced that it will release its third quarter 2009 financial results after the market closes on November 4, 2009. A conference call will be hosted by Mark F. O'Neil, chairman and chief executive officer, and Eric Jacobs, senior vice president, chief financial and administrative officer, that evening beginning at 5:00 p.m.

The conference call will be webcast live on the Internet and can be accessed by visiting http://ir.dealertrack.com/releases_financial.cfm. A replay will be available on the DealerTrack website until midnight on November 19, 2009.
