Sep. 29, 2009 (Business Wire) -- In response to continued growth in its High Net Worth and Commercial Litigation Practices, Seiler LLP (www.seiler.com) has added three new principals to the firm. “Despite the economy, our firm remains strong - and in response to current and growing client needs - we have added to our firm in two key practice areas,” said James G.B. DeMartini, III, CPA, Managing Partner of Seiler LLP.
Jed K. Greene, CPA, CFF, CMA, has joined the commercial litigation practice. Daniel L. Hall, JD, and Elizabeth S. Sevilla, CLU, ChFC, have joined the High Net Worth practice. Mr. Greene and Mr. Hall are based in the San Francisco office and Ms. Sevilla is based in the Silicon Valley office.

Mr. Greene has over 13 years of experience in the areas of testimony, intellectual property disputes, commercial litigation and fraud investigations. He is currently serving on the Advisory Board to Golden Gate University’s Forensic Accounting Program and on the Board of Directors for CalCPA. Prior to joining Seiler LLP, Mr. Greene worked in the litigation consulting practices of FTI Consulting, Inc., LECG, LLC and Hemming Morse, Inc.
Mr. Greene graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics, Emphasis in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant, State of California, a Certified Management Accountant, and Certified in Financial Forensics.
Mr. Hall has over 13 years of experience serving high net worth clients and their families in a variety of areas including income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance. Prior to joining Seiler LLP, Mr. Hall worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Director in their Personal Financial Services group. Prior to that, he worked with Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. He also holds a JD from the University of Missouri School of Law and an LLM from Washington University School of Law.
Ms. Sevilla has over 20 years of financial and tax planning experience in the public accounting and insurance industries. Prior to joining Seiler LLP, Ms. Sevilla worked as a Tax Senior Director for BDO Seidman, LLP serving in their San Francisco Bay Area’s Family Wealth Practice. She has also served as a Senior Manager at KPMG and Deloitte & Touche.
Ms. Sevilla graduated from the University of the Philippines with a B.A. in Psychology and Economics. She also received her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.
