(Source: Business Wire)trackingSwitching service providers can be a daunting task, but Vaspian customers with existing phones have a seamless migration path to Broadview Networks.

Broadview Networks, a Rye Brook, N.Y.-based communications company, today announced a specialized program to help current Vaspian customers migrate to its hosted IP phone service, OfficeSuite or to a premises-based solution. Customers migrating to Broadview will be able to continue to use their existing phone stations, which are fully compatible with Broadview's OfficeSuite service.

"Switching service providers of any type can be very stressful if not managed properly," said Tim Bell, senior vice president of operations for Broadview Networks. "To minimize the impact on a customer's operation, we provide dedicated project managers who work directly with companies to assist in the migration. This single point of contact approach dramatically reduces stress levels and speeds the entire process."

Broadview's OfficeSuite service uses the same underlying technology as Vaspian's and delivers similar functionality. OfficeSuite offers everything a business needs to communicate over the phone and online, including phones, a robust calling plan, over 40 features and a web portal for easy administration”all without any capital investment or increase in support staff. Recently, Broadview purchased the source code for the OfficeSuite service and other select assets from Natural Convergence, further strengthening Broadview's control over the service and its ability to rapidly respond to customer requests.

Vaspian customers looking for an on-site solution can also utilize the expert knowledge and services of Broadview's Professional Services team. This specialized team of engineers and technicians can design, install and manage a complete hardware solution that leverages a business's existing phone equipment.

Founded in 1996, Broadview's sole focus is serving its business customers. In 2008, Crain's New York Business recognized the company as the 57th largest privately held company in New York. The company had annual revenue in 2008 of approximately $500 million.
