Margaret Dorman, who has served as the company's executive vice president, treasurer and CFO since 1999, will remain with the company through Oct. 16.
William Restrepo has been named as her replacement. Restrepo has 24 years of experience in the oilfield services sector and was most recently the CFO of Seitel, a provider of seismic data to the North American oil and gas industry.
