Oct. 2, 2009 (Business Wire) -- INR Energy, LLC (“INR”), formerly Imagin Natural Resources, LLC, announced today that Stephen D. “Doug” Williams has joined INR as Chief Operating Officer. Formerly Senior Vice President, Operations for Cliffs Natural Resources where he had full responsibility for Cliffs coal assets and operations, Doug brings more than 20 years of coal operations experience to INR. His background includes engineering and mine management positions with Pinnacle Mining Company, LLC as well as several divisions of CONSOL Energy including as General Manager of CONSOL’s Asia Pacific ventures where he also managed a large Australian based coal mining operation. Doug also spent five years as an Attorney with Steptoe and Johnson, a West Virginia based law firm. Doug holds both a B.S. in Engineering and a Juris Doctorate degree from the West Virginia University.
