Mr. Matheson is Chairman and CEO of Glenbriar Technologies Inc. and advises that it is his desire to devote his full time and attention to Glenbriar.
"Platinum is in solid shape to move forward to the next level, which requires a full time CEO," noted Mr. Matheson. "Platinum is fortunate to have found a strong, experienced candidate in Bernard Parkinson to carry the torch into the future."
Platinum does not intend to fill the director position vacated by Mr. Matheson at this time.
