Effective immediately, Bailey will replace interim CEO Marco DeMiroz, and will join the existing Soliant Energy management team and board of directors. Bailey leaves Evergreen Solar (NASDAQ: ESLR), where he has served as senior vice president, marketing and sales since August 2004, helping to increase total solar generation capacity by 15X during his tenure.
