In this role, Grewal will oversee TheLadders.com’s finance and administrative functions. He will also work with TheLadders.com’s management team to help manage the company’s ongoing global growth.

A veteran finance executive, Grewal brings over 20 years of experience with both fast-growing technology companies and global consumer brands to TheLadders.com. He has previously held senior management and financial positions with VistaPrint Limited, GoldenSource Corporation, eGain Communications and PepsiCo.

Most recently, Grewal served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of VistaPrint Limited (NASDAQ: VPRT), a leading online supplier of marketing products and services to small businesses. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer at GoldenSource Corporation, a global software provider of enterprise data management solutions for financial institutions. Previously, Grewal served as chief financial officer of eGain Communications, a provider of CRM software solutions. Prior to eGain, Grewal held several management roles with PepsiCo and its subsidiaries, including chief financial officer for the North America Fountain Beverage Division.

Grewal received a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
