(NYSE: MVL), a global character-based entertainment and licensing company, will release financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009 prior to the market's opening on Tuesday, November 3rd. Given the proposed acquisition of Marvel by The Walt Disney Company, which is expected to close by year-end, Marvel will not host a Q3 investor conference call nor will it provide financial guidance for 2009 or 2010.
