Lionbridge to Host Presentations and Sessions at Localization World; Microsoft and Dell Join Lionbridge Executives to Discuss Relevant Industry Issues

Panel Discussions, Interactive Sessions and Roundtables Outline Key Lessons for Centralizing Translation, Driving Quality Innovations and Understanding the Role of Social Media

WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lionbridge (Nasdaq: LIOX), today announced that it will be hosting several speaking sessions and exhibiting at the Localization World 2009 international business conference, October 20-22 in Santa Clara, California.

Lionbridge General Manager Paula Shannon will moderate a session "Volatility is the New Norm" with several Lionbridge customers including Autodesk, Cisco, Dell and Microsoft. In another session, Lionbridge will host a case study session with Dell that details Dell's efforts to centralize translations for their website and marketing and outlines lessons learned as the company simplified processes, consolidated vendors, and integrated tool sets. Lionbridge will also conduct a session with Microsoft that presents key innovations introduced for Microsoft Windows® 7 quality assurance and the remaining opportunities for further quality improvements.
